At Efficiently, I worked across the company’s full design ecosystem, supporting Staff.efficiently (Staffing Services), Design.efficiently (SaaS) and Team.efficiently (Internal sub-brand centered on culture, HR, policies and company-wide communication). I ideated and designed creatives for all social media platforms, maintaining a cohesive brand presence, templatised designs for cross-team use and created internal training and policy documents for architects, engineers and staff.

I collaborated closely with Senior Managers to improve UI/UX across websites and event-specific landing pages, directed and edited marketing reels and planned social media launches. Recently, I played a key role in consolidating all verticals back under a single Efficiently brand, working closely with Senior Managers and the CEO on a full rebrand, repositioning and end-to-end redesign of the new website - overseeing and aligning all brand design efforts throughout the process.
